Pensacola's Premier Boutique Venue
Commissioned in 1870 by Francisco Mareno, the Rich Events
loft accommodates up to 75 people in a variety of spacious layouts and features:
Beautiful exposed original brick and mid-Century modern decor and furnishings in a neutral color palette appropriate for any aesthetic.
Large common area with two 10x10 skylights for maximum natural lighting that can be left open for setup to accommodate row seating for weddings, large farm style table seating for 12 or smaller round tables and chairs.
Floor to ceiling doors that open to the 30 ft balcony overlooking Palafox St. with unobstructed views both north and south as well as several intimate seating areas.
Two separate bedrooms, including a cozy master bedroom with a king-size bed, reading nook and Smart TV, and a second bedroom perfect for makeup artists and hairstylists or other event prep needs.
Galley-style kitchen equipped with a range, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator to accommodate serving numerous guests, hosting a private chef or staying overnight.
Private, monitored entrance off Intendencia with one allocated parking space with additional paid parking available within walking distance.
Additional features include a full-size washer and dryer unit tucked away in the kitchen, a fully functional grand piano available for live music, elegant areas for professional photography and free wi-fi throughout the venue.
